Bridge House Bistro is established in the highly renowned Bridge House Tea Rooms in Wray. Offering an outstanding menu of good quality food in a relaxed ambience and with a unique style of its own.
The award winning chef Mark Smith, pictured here, has created a new bespoke dining experience. Locally trained, Mark has gained vast experience and a strong reputation for his excellent fare throughout his previous establishments within England & Wales. Recently Mark won a Lancashire Rural Futures competition which took place at the Stirk House Hotel, Gisburn. His prize was an all expences paid trip to The Aurilliac Food Festival in France where he took part in a demonstration presenting the quality foods of Lancashire.
